There was a collection of $1,000 dollars per person taken in February of '08.  Nearly $30,000 dollars has been collected to date, for legal fees to take action to save the homeowners rights to use the runway. There  were several  meetings with a Personal Injury Attorney in Hillsborough County a few months back, however nothing ever came of it.
